1986	Founded in 1986 and was engaged in stainless manufacturing.
1988	TO cope with different market demands, products of gas water heater, kitchen hook range, and gas stove were developed.
1989	Due to the increase of the production, the factory was moved to the present location. Furthermore, we got a breakthrough accomplishment in water tower and develop one unit water tower.
1993	HMK took part in CIS enterprise identification system to build better professional enterprise image, stronger competition capability, and better customer reliability.
1994	Electrical water heater was developed and put into production in the next year.
1995	Instantaneous water heater was developed for product diversity.
1996	Win ISO-9002 certification and obtained DHV certification in the same year.
1998	Production automation and office computerization were promoted.
1999	Enroll CCU Innovation Incubation Center to promote R&D.
2000	Complete solar water heater market analysis in July; and develop coercion circulation solar water heater in August.
2001	Electrolysis water apparatus department establishment.

1990	Chinese National Standard No.5500 for stainless water tower. The first Chinese National Standard certified water tower in Taiwan.
1994	Chinese National Standard No.6060 for electrical water heater. The first Chinese National Standard certified electrical water heater in Taiwan.
1995	Chinese National Standard No.6254 for instant water heater.
1999	Chinese National Standard No.6267 for drinking fountain. The first Chinese National Standard certified drinking fountain in Taiwan.
